He was slowly trained daily for years on the proper process, and applications of the industry’s leading materials. while While working for this company Company he was not allowed to paint anything for approximately one whole year. This frustrated him as he was eager to paint. Instead he was sanding, caulking and hand masking. This slow meticulous training process made him respect and at the same time fall in love with the trade.This experience followed him when he moved to Florida. It was here that he quickly noticed the level of work being provided, was not the same high quality he was familiar with.
